Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy separates cancellation, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights for an ApproveLock software subscription.

Current status
ApproveLock paid subscriptions are not currently available for self-service purchase, and this website does not currently take payment for a new subscription. Before paid subscriptions become available, the applicable billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
Future subscription transactions
A paid subscription will be for access to the ApproveLock software and its stated plan limits. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, and applicable transaction terms will be shown before purchase.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing and prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically create a refund. Unless a refund, chargeback, dispute, or mandatory legal right requires different treatment, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. The available cancellation method will be shown to the buyer when subscriptions launch.
Refunds
A refund returns an eligible subscription transaction under the applicable refund terms and mandatory law; it is separate from cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction circumstances and the buyer's applicable legal rights. This policy does not create a universal 14-day commercial guarantee, and it does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Some buyers have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within a period set by the law that applies to them. The scope, timing, exceptions, and effect of that right vary by country and transaction. Applicable withdrawal and refund requests are handled under the transaction terms and mandatory law that applies to the buyer.
How to request a refund
When subscriptions become available, the purchase confirmation will explain how to request a refund. contact@approvelock.com remains available for product and account support, and we can help identify the relevant subscription. Do not send card details or identity documents by email. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and is not paid directly outside the purchase flow by ApproveLock.
Effect on subscription access
An approved refund normally ends access to the refunded ApproveLock subscription in line with the applicable refund terms. A chargeback or payment dispute may also cause subscription access to be suspended while it is reviewed. This affects the subscription account and its paid features; it does not by itself revoke Full Access already granted to a recipient or immediately delete customer files.
Content, security, and legal action
Previously granted recipient access does not prevent ApproveLock from restricting access to or removing content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect security, comply with law or a court or authority requirement, or enforce the Terms of Service.
Owner-to-recipient transactions
This policy applies only to an ApproveLock software subscription. ApproveLock does not use a subscription purchase to collect, hold, verify, transfer, guarantee, or refund payments between a file owner and that owner's client or recipient.
